LET’S MAKE IT A LITTLE CLEARER
What is
ABA therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is an approach to understanding how learning happens. It uses that understanding to teach useful skills and support meaningful participation in daily life.
For your child, that might mean asking for help, practicing a new routine, or finding another way to communicate. Goals should reflect your child’s needs, preferences, and your family’s priorities.

Which services can I ask about?
The practice’s published offerings include in-home and telehealth ABA, parent training, and school consultation. It also describes assessments used to understand needs and plan care. Ask which service is appropriate and currently available for your family.
How can I check my insurance?
Contact our team to discuss your plan and benefits. Network participation, authorization, and out-of-pocket costs need to be confirmed for your individual plan.
Do all services require an autism diagnosis?
Requirements depend on the service and funding source. Ask the practice which documents are needed for ABA intake or coverage. Public developmental and school evaluations have different pathways; CDC explains that families can request certain evaluations without waiting for a diagnosis.
